Quick Start

Start with one clear outcome. You can add the rest of Guardy later.

1. Add Guardy and choose your server

Install Guardy, then open the Guardy dashboard and select the right server. Check that Guardy can see the channel and roles you plan to use.

2. Pick one outcome

Choose the problem you want to solve first:

• Tickets for member support.
• Welcome & Goodbye for new-member onboarding.
• Auto Roles or Reaction Roles for access and interests.
• Levels for XP, ranks, and rewards.
• Server Protection or AutoMod for safety.

Turn on that module, complete its first settings, and save or publish the change.

3. Check what members will experience

Test with an ordinary member account and a staff account. Open a test ticket, try a role menu, send a message that should earn XP, or check that a welcome message reaches the chosen channel. Confirm that staff can do their part without seeing information they should not see.

4. Tell members what changed

Tell members which feature is available, where to use it, and where to ask for help. If you use Levels, /privacy leaderboard off makes a member Anonymous on the public web leaderboard without changing their XP or in-server rank.
