Data Export

Use /data-export to request a copy of Guardy data associated with your Discord account.

Request an export

1. Run /data-export in Discord.
2. Open Guardy's private response and use its one-time download link when it is ready.
3. Store the downloaded file securely and do not share the link or file in a public channel.

The export covers supported Guardy records associated with your Discord account across applicable servers. The link expires within 72 hours, works once, and a new export request replaces an active link. It is not a way to obtain other members' private content or internal staff notes.

If you need help

If the command fails, try again later. Contact support with the error wording and server context, but do not send your exported data, link, or private tokens in a public message.
