Server Activity

Use Server Activity to give staff a private record of useful server changes without filling a public channel with noise.

Start with one destination

1. Open Server Activity and choose an existing private staff channel, or let Guardy create #server-log.
2. Turn on only the categories your team needs, such as member joins and leaves, roles, channels, voice, threads, or invites.
3. Choose cards for easy scanning or compact lines for a busy feed.
4. Save, then create one safe test event and confirm the right staff can read it.

Guardy needs permission to view and post in the destination. Creating #server-log also needs Manage Channels.

Keep logs useful

In Advanced settings, send one category to a different channel or turn off individual events. You can also ignore selected channels, roles, or members to reduce noise.

Message logs and moderation cases are configured separately in Server Protection. Name and avatar history is an optional storage choice, so turn it on only when your staff have a clear reason to use it.
