Use Custom Commands for repeat questions, server rules, and common next steps.

Create a useful command

1. Choose a short, clear command name that is not already used by Guardy.
2. Add a description so members know when to use it.
3. Choose a plain reply or an embed, then write the answer.
4. Add {user}, {server}, or {channel} where a personal detail helps.
5. Decide whether everyone can run it or only selected roles, and set a member cooldown if needed.

Turn the command on after saving. Discord may take a moment to show a new slash command.

Write for members

Keep the reply short, accurate, and useful. Link to a channel, policy, or guide when more context is needed. Do not put secrets, staff notes, or one-time links in a member-facing command.

Test it in a normal member channel. If it does not appear or respond, check that it is enabled and that the member has access to it.
