Use Messages when your server needs the same useful information at the right time.

Choose the right message

• Saved messages are announcements you write once and post or update when needed.
• Scheduled messages send once or repeat on the timing you choose.
• Auto-replies answer a member when their message matches the words you set.
• Sticky messages keep an important post visible as a conversation moves on.

Set it up safely

1. Choose the message type and target channel.
2. Write the text or embed, then check its formatting and buttons.
3. For a schedule, confirm the server time zone and next send time. For an auto-reply, use a narrow trigger so ordinary conversation does not set it off.
4. Save, publish, or turn the message on.

Check links, mentions, attachments, and channel permissions. Do not include private staff details or sensitive member information in a wider member channel.

Test the exact member journey, then view the result on desktop and mobile. If a scheduled message misses its time or an auto-reply does not run, first check the module switch and Guardy's access to that channel.
