Reminders
Use Reminders to let members set personal reminders in your server. Guardy sends each reminder by direct message when it is due. Reminders is free on every plan.
Turn it on
- Open Reminders in the Guardy dashboard and turn it on.
- Optionally choose who can use it: everyone, or only members with the roles you pick.
- Optionally switch off the channel fallback (see below).
How members use it

You can also right-click any message, choose Apps, then Remind me about this, and pick 1 hour, 3 hours, Tomorrow, Next week or Other. The reminder links back to the message.
Guardy confirms each reminder with the exact time, shown in your own time zone. Only you see the replies.
Each member can have up to 25 waiting reminders per server.
How reminders arrive
When a reminder is due, Guardy sends it to you by direct message, with a link to the message if you set it from one.
If your direct messages are closed, Guardy mentions you in the channel where you set the reminder instead, with a Show my reminder button. Only you can open it, and others never see what the reminder says. Server admins can switch this off; then a reminder that cannot be sent by direct message is skipped.
If you leave the server before a reminder is due, it is not sent.
Reminders are one-off. To post the same message on a schedule for the whole server, use scheduled messages.
What admins see
The dashboard shows how many reminders are waiting and how many were delivered or could not be delivered in the last 30 days. Admins never see what members wrote or who set a reminder.
Privacy
Guardy stores each reminder's text (or the link to the message), your Discord id, the channel and when it is due. The message itself is not stored. A reminder is deleted 30 days after it is sent or cancelled. Your data requests include your reminders, and erasing your data deletes them. Read Privacy and data rights for the full boundary.
