Import Leveling Data

Imports are an administrator workflow: review the preview before applying anything to your server's leaderboard.

Supported sources

Guardy supports import paths for MEE6, Lurkr, Polaris, AmariBot, and generic CSV data when the source format can be validated. Keep your original export unchanged and select the matching source in the dashboard.

Review before applying

The preview identifies accepted, skipped, duplicate, and rejected rows. Check member identifiers and XP totals before you apply. Guardy does not offer a sum merge because rerunning an import could double-count progress.

• Replace uses the source XP for each imported member. Members absent from the source remain untouched.
• Merge maximum keeps the higher of the current and imported XP totals for each member.

For MEE6 imports, confirm the source levels match the XP calculation shown in the preview. If the source includes reward roles, Guardy shows them for review. Choose whether to bring them in only after confirming the roles already exist and Guardy can manage them. Imports never silently change a role setup.

After the import

Test /rank view and /levels with an imported member, then let members know about public leaderboard privacy. If the preview contains unexpected data, do not apply it. Contact support with the source type and a description of the validation issue.
